This rehab project took over $60k in capital to complete this full rehab project which included the long list of repairs:
- Replaced siding with upgraded wood siding w / fresh paint
- Updated Kitchen with stainless steel appliances, new countertops, and new flooring
- New carpet throughout entire house on the main level and basement
- Built new deck
- Replaced windows throughout entire house
- Added breakfast bar in the kitchen
- Remodeled guest bathroom
- Scraped popcorn ceiling and retextured
- Finished basement with rec room and bar area
